GUN APPLIED POINTING MORTAR CAN ALSO BE POINTED BY HAND

Introducing our Gun Applied Pointing Mortar (MMGAPM), an exceptional mortar solution designed for use with specific equipment for optimal performance. This product is compatible with our mortar guns and can also be pointed by hand:

• Mortar Gun Kit 1 (FINE AND COARSE MORTAR)
• Mortar Gun Kit 3(FINE MORTAR ONLY WITH NEEDLES/ COARSE MORTAR WILL NOT WORK WITH NEEDLES)
• Electric Gun Kit(FINE MORTAR ONLY WITH NEEDLES/ COARSE MORTAR WILL NOT WORK WITH NEEDLES)

Please note, this material works exclusively with a 4-gauge needle. It is capable of being applied through all plastic nozzles and the 4-gauge needle included in the above kits.

MMGAPM is ideal for pointing masonry, natural stone, and brick, accommodating joint widths ranging from 5mm to 25mm and depths varying between 10-200mm. The mortar boasts excellent vapor permeability, a low modulus of elasticity, and sufficient strength to ensure durable, long-lasting results.

This mortar can be delivered deep into joints exceeding 200mm using Masons Mortar Ltd’s hand-held pressure pointing equipment or conventional tools. It’s perfectly suited for the conservation, restoration, and repair of traditionally constructed, deeply jointed, mass masonry walls and horizontally oriented masonry joints above the roofline.

Estimation guide: 40 linear meters of joint at 5mm x 100mm will require approximately 20 litters of mortar, equating to roughly one 25kg bag.

We offer two packaging options:

• 25kg Bag + Colour Pack: Requires approximately 4.5 litters of water.
• 25kg Pre-blended Bag: Requires approximately 4.5 litters of water.

Please note: When ordering this product, allow 3-5 business days for production time, not including delivery. The colour displayed on your screen should be used as a reference only, due to variations in screen calibrations. Masons Mortar always recommends purchasing a sample of the colour for site approval to ensure a perfect match.
