  • *3 FINE ASHLAR POINTING (MMFAP)

    £8.99£48.99 + VAT
Fine Ashlar Pointing mortars, will fill joints horizontally, vertically and overhead without slumping. Joints as fine as 1.45mm wide and as deep 150mm plus a further 10-20mm for back pressure, can be successfully filled. Bring the mortar out to the final finished plane of the masonry, leave a small bead above the finished plane, strike off when firm, usually the following day. Mix 1Kg of MMFAP with 330ml of clean potable water, mix at high speed for not less than 1.5 minutes with a recommended mixing   paddle. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes and remix for a further 1 minute before using.
  • Ultra Fine Crack Filler for limestone & marble. Sets only by Carbonation, achieved rapidly due to very small particle size. Use as supplied or if required re-mix by massaging the cartridge only to reconstitute any minor separation of liquid and solids.
***(LIMITED SHELF LIFE, USE WITHIN 5 DAYS)***
  • *5 HYDRAULIC CRACK FILL (MMHCF)

    £8.99£48.99 + VAT
Ultra fine sheared and sieved crack filler based on Natural Hydraulic Lime with fine fillers for use where fine cracks and fissures are subjected to severe weathering and long term periods of wet or freezing conditions. Mix 500ml clean potable  water with 1 KG of the Hydraulic Lime Crack fill and mix with a high speed mixer with the recommended mixing paddle for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and  remix for a further 3 minutes. Inject via the recommended equipment into the crack or network of cracks that have been pre- cleaned to a damp but not wet state. Pilot holes 3.5mm maximum (non-percussive) may be required to drill into the cracks to a depth of at least 75% of the crack depth and at intervals along the crack length to ensure the crack is adequately filled.
  • Similar to *5, with additions to enhance the bond, where dense impervious masonry, low suction and smooth surfaces need additional bond strength. Mix with clean potable water at high speed for 2 minutes with a mixing paddle. Stand for 5 minutes, mix again for a further 2 minutes and use immediately. Avoid overspill as the binding addition will stain surfaces. Wash of any spillage immediately with clean water.
